Roth Ira Contribution Phase Out Range

This is fairly straight forward. If you are a single filer, you may make a full contribution to a Roth Ira until your AGI reaches 95,000. Between 95,000 and 110,000 you may make a partial contribution and above 110,000 you are no longer allowed to contribute.

If you are married and you and your spouse are filing jointly, you may make a full contribution to a Roth Ira until your AGI reaches 150,000. Between 150,000 and 160,000 you may make a partial contribution and above 160,000 you are no longer allowed to contribute.

If you are married and filing separate returns you basically cannot make a full contribution to a Roth Ira as the phase out range is from 0-10,000.
